Zartic, LLC is a full service beef, poultry, veal and pork further processor that operates four U.S.D.A. inspected state-of-the-art production facilities and delivers product nationwide via Zartran, Zartic's refrigerated transportation company.

Zartic takes pride in having the product diversification that provides customers with the most complete beef, poultry, veal and pork programs available from a single source supplier. And, by operating its own national distribution system, Zartic insures product availability, consistency, and freshness. Zartic also produces a wide variety of CN labeled, fully cooked, portion control, commodity processed beef, poultry, turkey, and pork products. School food service operations across the country are supplied with quality commodity processed products equal to commercially available products.

To help support efficiencies, JEM Sales, an independent affiliate of Zartic, Inc. also owns and operates Inchemco (industrial/commercial chemicals), and JEM Laboratory Services (U.S.D.A. certified laboratory for food chemicals and E.P.A. accredited for soil, water, and air).

Zartic employs over 1250 team members, including a direct sales force and a national network of food service and retail brokers. The customer base is made up of food service and retail distributors, government contractors, chain accounts, international accounts and direct ship customers from various market segments.
